What are your shipping policies?
Since most items in the store are made to order and it’s just me making the items, the standard ETA for shipping is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase for domestic orders. If there is a large influx of orders, it could take slightly longer, though I do my best to never ship later then 3 weeks from date of purchase
Orders are shipped out on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. An email confirmation will be sent out on that day when your order is shipped.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and on average will arrive in 3-4 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders.
Do you do commissions?
I offer commissions on the following items. Along with this is the starting price of those items.

You must message me first to discuss what you are looking to have made. The prices listed above are the STARTING PRICE. There may be additional charges for anything I need to get separately to create your commission.
Commissions can take 3-5 weeks depending on my commission queue and if anything needs to be ordered beforehand.
In regards to canceling commissions
If you wish to cancel a commission order, please contact me first. If I have yet to make your commission, I will issue you a refund for the base price and shipping only. Refunds do not apply to the added cost of beads or pendants or any other items needed to order for your piece. Refunds and cancellations will not be given if your commission is in the process of being made.
What are your return polices?
All items (except commissions) have a 30 day return/replacement policy from date of delivery.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact FireFoxAlchemy within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to do an exchange or refund depending on the circumstance.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Commission orders are final sale
Packaging
Some adornments and packaging, such as charms and bottles may very if we our out of stock. This is rare, but may come up during the busy holidays.
Liability Policy
FireFoxAlchemy does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spell with the use of our products. They are meant to be an aid only in spell or ritual work.
FireFoxAchemy will accept no liability and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from our shop. Purchasing shop products signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases FireFoxAlchemy from all liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on the uses of the herbs, roots, flowers, and oils used in this shops products. FireFoxAlchemy will not offer advice or teach regarding the medical use or natural chemical properties of herbs, herbal compounds, botanicals, oils or any other product ingredient. If you are pregnant, nursing or on medications, please check with your family doctor before using any new product
