☽ Shipping ☾
Since most items in the store are made to order and it’s just me making the items, the standard ETA for shipping is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase for domestic orders. If there is a large influx of orders, it could take slightly longer, though I do my best to never ship later then 3 weeks from date of purchase
Orders are shipped out on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. An email confirmation will be sent out on that day when your order is shipped.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and on average will arrive in 3-4 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders.
Customer is responsible for making sure their shipping address is correct. this includes apartment or suite number if applicable. We are not responsible for confirming correct address on orders before shipping
If a package has been sent back due to the shipping carrier claiming it is an insufficient address at the customers fault, the customer is required to pay the shipping cost in order for us to reship the package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a claim with the shipping carrier
☽ Returns ☾
All items (except commissions) have a 30 day return/replacement policy from date of delivery.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact FireFoxAlchemy within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to do an exchange or refund depending on the circumstance.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For international orders (any order placed outside of the United States), we are not responsible for any customs/duty tax. This is at the customers expense. Shipping times can vary from 7-60 days after your package ships. Please be aware that if you do not pay your customs/duty tax, your package will automatically be sent back to us. Customers are required to pay the shipping cost and customs/duty tax in order for us to re-ship the package. If you request a refund instead, you will only be refunded the price of the item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Commission orders are final sale
☽ Packaging ☾
Some adornments and packaging, such as charms and bottles may very if we our out of stock. This is rare, but may come up during the busy holidays.

FireFoxAlchemy does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual or spell with the use of our products. They are meant to be an aid only in spell or ritual work.
FireFoxAchemy will accept no liability and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from our shop. Purchasing shop products signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases FireFoxAlchemy from all liability
It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on the uses of the herbs, roots, flowers, and oils used in this shops products. FireFoxAlchemy will not offer advice or teach regarding the medical use or natural chemical properties of herbs, herbal compounds, botanicals, oils or any other product ingredient. If you are pregnant, nursing or on medications, please check with your family doctor before using any new product
